Where is Felicia Filly?

Howdy, y’all. Felicia here. I’m tickled pink ’cause the Fillies have all invited me to pay a call on them this year. They even agreed to put up Jasper for a few days. Whooee! I’ve been itchin’ to see more of the country, and now I finally have the chance. Besides, I already done chased away all the single cowboys in these here parts, so I’m hopin’ to try my luck in some new stompin’ grounds. All the Fillies asked is that I turn my visits into a blog game for our readers. Shoot. I been askin’ for more blog time anyhow. Seems like one of them win-win situations.

And speakin’ of WINS – y’all will be getting a chance to do just that. Whenever one of my travelogue posts show up, all you gotta do is guess which Filly I’m visitin’ based on the clues I give ya. Where is Felicia Filly?

Clue #1 – This Filly lives somewhere in Texas.

Clue #2 – This Filly likes to sip on hot tea and munch on nuts and dark chocolate to keep her fueled while writin’.

Hey, speakin’ of the Alamo – if memory serves, this Filly wrote a series of books with characters named after folks who were at the Alamo.

Clue #3 – This Filly collects them cute little Willow Tree figurines.

Clue #4 – Besides readin’ and writin’ this Filly also enjoys . . . (I bet you were thinkin’ I was gonna say ‘rithmetic. Nope!) . . . cross stitchin’. Last time I tried to sew something I near poked my eye out. Needles and me don’t get along.

Clue #5 – This Filly writes western fairy tales. With all them happy endings hangin’ about I thought I’d try to rope me a cowboy I done met, but the slipperly critter got away. Left his boot behind, though. Hey – that reminds me of one of those books.

  30. Roped mine and hung up my spurs (don’t start getting kinky ideas), but good luck hunting–why that’s half the fun!

    I bet you and Karen Witemeyer are havin’ a mighty good time jawin’ and such. Hugs!

    PS Might need to come up with a way to hide the guesses, even though I didn’t peek first…
