Tomorrow kicks off the first week of our annual Cowboys & Mistletoe event. And we have something really special in store for you.
First, as per usual, we have a fun and easy game to play – each post will have a question relating to something you might find in your Christmas stocking and you simply have to leave an answer in the comments to be entered in the drawing for a $10 Amazon gift card – and the great thing is that there are no wrong answers! There will be 9 authors and books featured the first week so that means there will be NINE gift cards awarded.

As you may have seen elsewhere, our fun and fabulous Christmas Stocking Sweethearts series is going on sale. That’s right, each and every one of the nine books in the series will be on sale for 99 cents during the two weeks of the Cowboys & Mistletoe event. And in honor of that we thought it would be fun to play a second game and offer a second prize. Each author selected a charm she thought spoke to some aspect of her book and we collected these together and attached them to a Christmas stocking making for a unique, one-of-a-kind, sparkly Christmas decoration which is pictured below. Your task will be to figure out which of the charms goes with which book. And to help you out, all during the week we will be posting clues. So as not to clutter or confuse things, your guesses for the stocking will be entered in a special form – the link will be posted daily.

Once again, the fabulously talented and generous Jo-Ann Roberts has handcrafted a gorgeous patchwork quilt that will be awarded as the Grand Prize to one of our lucky commenters – the name will be randomly selected from among all the comments receive over the two-week period.
