After spending her formative years on a farm in Eastern Oregon, hopeless romantic Shanna Hatfield turns her rural experiences into sweet historical and contemporary romances filled with sarcasm, humor, and hunky western heroes.
When this USA Today bestselling author isn’t writing or covertly hiding decadent chocolate from the other occupants of her home, Shanna hangs out with her beloved husband, Captain Cavedweller.
Good morning Shanna! Yum! What a treat to meet friends online! And make a special dish. Thank you. My bunch loves corn!
Many blessings!
Good morning, Tracy! That’s so fun your family loves corn. We do too! Have a beautiful day!
that sounds good and I have 4 ears of corn I need to get used up = I cook them in microwave – wrap 2 ears in damp paper towels, place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes – they are great!
That’s how my dad cooks them. Seems like an easy way to do it! Enjoy!
Sounds very good! Thank you!
Thanks for stopping in today, David!

This sounds tasty!
A simple recipe that sounds pretty good. My only question is the bacon grease would be solidified after refrigeration when it is served.
I make a corn salad that I often take to our family reunion and church dinners. Thank you for the chance.
Thanks for the recipe. it sounds good.
Yum!
