Karen’s Big Christmas Giveaway

The Christmas season is here, and if you’re anything like me, you’re directly in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Shopping, baking, decorating the house, wrapping gifts, getting packages in the mail . . . It seems like every time I scratch one thing off the to-do list, three more appear to take its place.

Wouldn’t it be nice if someone sent you a big care package to help you relax and escape the madness? Wouldn’t you love to curl up with a good book, some cozy socks on your feet and a cup of tea in your hand?

Well, call me Mrs. Santa, because I aim to make one book-lover’s secret wish come true this week.

Look at all the goodies you could win!

  1. Thank you for this opportunity Karen, what a sweet thing to do! Some of me favorites are Books (of course!) Book marks, Bookish puzzles, and t-shirts.

  2. Paperbacks, my Kindle, socks that have Shhh on one and I’m reading on the other, and a necklace with books on the pendant.

  3. Wow! Great prizes!
Book presents. A book charm for my charm bracelet, many years ago a t-shirt and a necklace with a small book.
    Love book related presents

    Thank you!
    Merry Christmas!

  4. Karen, I am right along with you. I have to have my warm socks all year ’round as I tend to get chilled very easily when the air conditioning is too low for me. I chill from the feet up! And usually I am wearing t-shirts around the house. I also have to at least 2-3 jigsaw puzzles a day. It helps the memory as well as dexterity along with finding Hidden Objects in those types of puzzles. May GOD bless you this Christmas and always.

  5. I love my Kindle Paperwhite that I got one Christmas!! I also love to get Amazon gift cards to buy more books!!

  6. I received a new bookcase one year… Somehow I give more book related gifts than I receive though, I like to give books, bookish notecards and socks. (Easy to wrap haha…)

    • Easy to wrap is a definite plus, Rachel. I can usually give books to my daughter and husband, but my boys would roll their eyes if I gave them a book. Sigh. Hard to compete with video games. 🙂

  7. It would be wonderful to have some one give a care package. But than that is why I have Jesus and a few close friends whom we take care of each other. thanks for such a wonderful and generous give a way. I love that ornament. I have two other snowman marshmallow ornaments like this that are camping. got them as gifts when our son and my husband were doing a lot of camping in cub scouts and boy scouts. But I love this little book nerd. quilting dash lady at comcast dot net

    • Me, too, Margaret. We always try to have a puzzle going over Christmas. Ideally, so everyone can help put it together. In actuality, I end up doing about 75-80% of the piecing, but that’s OK. 🙂

  8. Thank you, so much Karen. You are so sweet. This is a fabulous gift. I have received Amazon gift cards so I can buy what I want. Merry Christmas. God bless you.

  9. My husband has built me bookshelves. Quite a few of them actually. My daughter has given me a sign every Christmas the past few years: BOOKAHOLIC, My Weekend Is Booked, etc.
Thank you for offering this wonderful giveaway.
I hope you are enjoying the Holiday Season. May you have a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful 2023.

  10. Wow! What a Awesome giveaway!!! I would love all those gifts. It would be great to have someone give you some bath salts & bubbly along with your great books or just to put your feet up & relax to read. Will be glad when Christmas is over, but; I do enjoy seeing everyone gathered together. Have a blessed Christmas & New Year’s with your family & friends.
