I love to start reading these Christmas themed books now to get me into the Christmas spirit.

  2. I just downloaded your new one. I have A Home for Christmas. But I want to read the other one. Scratches head.

Can’t believe it is almost time for the drawing. Time flies!

    Peace, Julie

  4. Those would be: A Home for Christmas with Robin Lee Hatcher and Cowboy Christmas.
    Congrats on your new release.

  5. I’m impressed with those of you who remember the names of books. I’ll remember the story, but not so often the name. But then, sometimes my memory… now, what was I saying?

🙂 Oh yeah. Can’t wait to read these holiday tales!

  6. I really love Christmas stories. I always feel like I could have done BETTER with that moment in every story when we find the true meaning of Christmas (Linus reads Luke 2 to Charlie Brown, The Herdmans offer the baby Jesus a ham and kneel beside the cradle…Imogene is crying!-from The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, or the Grinch’s heart grows three sizes)
These are really wonderful, beautiful, POWERFUL moments no matter how lightly they are done. And all great Christmas novels have them.
And yes I know that. And yes, I include that. But then, when it’s too late, I always wonder if I couldn’t have done it better, because those moments are so beloved.

  7. Home for Christmas… I love holiday themed books and can read they year round for that happy holiday feeling!! Congrats

  8. HI Mary, congrats on the release! I know I’ll be settling down for another great read. Hasn’t this been fun, running our contest and seeing all the great friends we have out there in cyber-space? xox

  9. I’m so honored so many of you know these titles.
I’m feeling all sentimental and squishy.

If you buy a copy of the book today and still win, I can send it to the Kindle of your choice (your mother???)as a gift from you.

  10. You have written Cowboy Christmas and A Home for Chrismas with Robin Lee Hatcher.

Christmas stories are fun to read!

  11. Good morning Mary. I love all your books. I believe the 2 Christmas books are Cowboy Christmas and A Home for Christmas. I loved them both. I love the cover of your new Christmas book. Have a great day

  12. Jes isn’t the cover pretty? I’m not allowed to help with those things much (beyond saying, ‘I like it’) I think perhaps I’m not a true artist. Okay, not even a phony artist.

Except literature is a fine art? Right? (work with me, people!)

  13. Congrats on the new release… I love Holiday reads! 😀
Cowboy Christmas was one of your previous Christmas releases.
Sadly I do not have a Kindle yet and have not put the program on any devices… I am hoping to get one for Christmas.

  14. Mary, I just downloaded Candlelight Christmas into my Kindle last night. Can’t wait to settle down to read it. We’re supposed to have a big cold snap the next three days so that’ll be the perfect time to cuddle up in a warm throw and get busy reading. Christmas stories are my favorites.

    Wishing you much success!

  15. A Home For Christmas! I love Christmas books! I don’t even mind reading them at other times of the year! I was just thinking about downloading your new book with Linda. It looks good. I would love to win it! I have a new iPad and just got the Kindle app 🙂

  16. The Sweetest Gift…I love your stories, they are not only very romantic, but funny and believable as well. You can see yourself getting in one of those binds physically or just with your mouth…you know we say the wrong thing. Please put me in the drawing. Thanks!

  17. At Home for Christmas with Robin Lee Hatcher and Cowboy Christmas. I loved them both as well as the newesty, finished it last night!

  18. A Home For Christmas and Cowboy Christmas and I’m sorry to say I haven’t read either but after Halloween is when I start reading Christmas stories 🙂

  19. I really liked your book Cowboy Christmas, so much that we had to also get Deep Trouble. My daughter enjoys your books as well. I just finished the Kincaid Brides series; more swoon-worthy men. I hope we can read Heath’s story someday when he grows up.

  20. Your full book was COWBOY CHRISTMAS. I would love to win Candlelight Christmas! I love Christmas and books set during Christmas. Thank you for the opportunity! 🙂

    Smiles & Blessings,
    Cindy W.

  23. Congrats on your new release! I love reading Christmas books. It helps get me in the mood for Christmas. I checked your website and one of them is A Home for Christmas. I don’t think I have read any of your Christmas stories. I will have to check them out though.

  24. I would love to read these two stories, but I have no ebook to read them on.
    Does that disqualify me?
Just kidding–good luck on this newest one. Christmas stories are always great.
    Mary J

  25. Wow, wow, wow! I just found my way over here and look at all these great comments. I have to tell you, friends, Mary’s “The Christmas Candle” is just beautiful. For a humor writer, she can really touch your heart. I hope you win a copy but if not, you won’t regret downloading from Amazon. Her story is worth the price. I don’t throw around accolades lightly, but I loved it and am so happy to have my rereleased story in a book with her original. Hope you win!!

PS for Mary J.” I don’t have an ereader either but I found out that I can download a Kindle app at Amazon to my computer and read ebooks that way. So cool!

  26. These sound like 2 stories that I would love to curl up with on a much-needed day of “nothing-to-do”…which doesn’t happen often enough!!! 🙂 Looking forward to getting my hands on this book!
