Cowgirls in the Kitchen – Jeannie Watt

Greetings fellow cowgirl cooks!

I love, love, love this recipe! It’s my go-to when family comes and I have to feed a crew. It’s simple and easy and I usually have everything on hand. I hope you’ll give this one a try:

  1. Good morning, your recipe sounds and looks delicious, Thank you so much for sharing it. Have a great day and a great week.

  2. I love fixing breakfast casseroles. This one sounds good. I do one that is similar, but instead of adding the cream I add a can of creamed corn. Also delicious with a bit less fat and calories. What is great about both recipes is they are easy to double.

  3. This sounds quick and easy. I like the idea of adding corn, too, would be similar to scalloped corn which I really like.
