Greetings fellow cowgirl cooks!
I love, love, love this recipe! It’s my go-to when family comes and I have to feed a crew. It’s simple and easy and I usually have everything on hand. I hope you’ll give this one a try:
Jeannie Watt raises cattle in Montana and loves all things western. When she's not writing, Jeannie enjoys sewing, making mosaic mirrors, riding her horses and buying hay. Lots and lots of hay.
Yum! That sounds good, I’ll have to try it!
And it’s so easy!
Sounds really good!! Thanks for the recipe!!
You’re welcome, Kathleen.
Thanks!
You’re welcome!
Sounds delicious! Somewhere between a quiche and frittata. Yum.
It is exactly that. 🙂
Thanks for the recipe!
You’re welcome, Kathy!

Thank you, Alicia.
Sounds good!! And best of all, easy!!!
Yes, indeed, Trudy. 🙂
Thanks for sharing. God bless you.
Thank you, Debra!
I love fixing breakfast casseroles. This one sounds good. I do one that is similar, but instead of adding the cream I add a can of creamed corn. Also delicious with a bit less fat and calories. What is great about both recipes is they are easy to double.
What a great idea, Patricia. I love creamed corn. I’ll try it. 🙂
I’ll try this – sounds wonderful!
This sounds quick and easy. I like the idea of adding corn, too, would be similar to scalloped corn which I really like.
Sounds yummy!
