When I'm not keepin' all these Fillies in line, I'm practicing my roping so I can catch me a cowboy. Me and Jasper (my mule) are two peas in a pod. Both of us are as crotchety as all get-out.

  1. Don’t know much about the sheep and cattle wars, but I do know a little about Longhorn cattle and donkeys. Would love to read Conner.

  2. Honestly, don’t know much on subject but sounds intriguing and interesting plus I always liked books like this. Would love to read & review book in print format.
Got to loove the book cover and that handsome cowboy.
    Hope I Win

  3. Will be interesting to see what she adds to my knowledge of those conflicts. Connor is a favorite name. We had a Manx cat named Connor. I look forward to Charlene’s post.

  4. Charlene your new book, Connor; sounds interesting. Sheep & cattle wars were really bad in those early years. Cattlemen didn’t want sheep anywhere near their cattle or grazing lands, they usually tried to run the sheep ranchers off or shot the sheep. Thank you, for a chance to win a copy.
