Debut author Miss Karen Kirst has boarded the stage and will arrive Saturday.
The Fillies are happy to make the dear lady welcome and we’d like for each of you to help us make this occasion one to remember.
Miss Karen loves cowboys and the old West. She’ll fit in well here. Her book is called THE RELUCTANT OUTLAW. It sure looks like a humdinger. I’d like to slip a rope around that outlaw on her cover. Hee-hee.

When I'm not keepin' all these Fillies in line, I'm practicing my roping so I can catch me a cowboy. Me and Jasper (my mule) are two peas in a pod. Both of us are as crotchety as all get-out.
