Miss Vickie McDonough has set her sights on Wildflower Junction and will arrive on Saturday.
The Fillies are jumping for joy. We dearly love to have the talented lady visit our little neck of the woods. It’s always a treat.
Miss Vickie will shed some light on mail order brides and the business of marrying up with some lonesome cowboy. She has some of the actual newspaper ads from the old West. Ah can’t believe some of the requirements a few cowboys stipulated on. It’ll have you laughing.
The dear lady will also talk about her new books: SECOND CHANCE BRIDES and CHRISTMAS MAIL ORDER BRIDES. They both will have you hunting a bookstore, ah guarantee.
Also Miss Vickie is toting a book to give away to one lucky person who comments.

When I'm not keepin' all these Fillies in line, I'm practicing my roping so I can catch me a cowboy. Me and Jasper (my mule) are two peas in a pod. Both of us are as crotchety as all get-out.
Can’t wait to see those adds. It is always interesting to see what they think is important for someone to qualify to be their wife.
