They often abring back forgotten memories. My friend has a wedding veil in which the crown was woven fron the brides hair collected for years. I also cared for an elderly lady who pulled the hair from her brush to tie around her hair before placing it in a bun or pony tail. She never used bands or even thread, just her own hair.
